Re: 10 Points Off The Top
We won't win the league. Get real. Our defence is starting to go slack and Keates persists with Dunn who is beyond shit.
Oh and as for Keates lack of discipline on the touchline thats a fine example to set, again. He needs to man up. Disgraceful. |

Their lad Jones still had plenty to do once he cut onto his left foot and he curled one beautifully in off the far post. Quality strike |

Re: 10 Points Off The Top
Well I'm usually accused's of being negative, but have to say I enjoyed that game today if not the result both sides played to win & I thought Barrow were a decent side who could easily have won must entertaining home game this season, Dunn and a few other individual errors cost us the points.
As for the gap being 9 points we do have a game in hand, I said before Xmas that we haven't had a bad run yet, but we're in it now the usual Xmas cheer, but their was good signs there today, better creation going forward and most chances were created by Boden, defensively we were poor today. Not the end of the world if Keates can find a similar player to Miller and a decent left winger, yes we should be beating teams like Barrow but as I've said on a few occasions all the teams are capable of beating eachother because their is no real outstanding team, the best we have played beat us hope and away and are top of the League, the Tramps result was a surprise but I also tipped Fylde for the play offs. As to the crowd I predicted 3950 I never expected a good gate it was a horrendous day weather wise and with people skint after Xmas I thought we did well to get what we did, a lot of people working for washers on non contract hours, part time minimum wage, watching a non league club comes near the bottom of list to bread on the table.
