Default Junior Dragons' Away Day To Guiesley

The Junior and Youth Dragons are running a special away trip to Guiseley for our league game on Saturday, 3rd February, kick off 3pm.

A specially designated coach has been booked with space for 25 Junior and Youth Dragons and an accompanying adult. Tickets for this coach are only being sold as a combined adult and Junior Dragon ticket, at the reduced price of £19. These tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis and are only available on our designated coach.

Tickets can be booked either in person at the club shop or by phoning 01978 891 864. When booking, please ensure that you have your Junior Dragon membership card with you and to inform the club shop staff that you wish to travel on the Junior Dragon coach or you will be booked on the standard away travel coaches.

The Junior Dragons coach will be departing from the car park outside the club shop at 11 am. This is to avoid any confusion with the standard away travel coaches which will be departing from outside the Turf Hotel as usual. Please note that if you are travelling by car to the ground you will not be able to park in the car park outside the club shop as this will already be full with players and staff members cars.

As an extra incentive for travelling on our coach, one lucky Junior Dragon member will be chosen to lead the team out on the pitch at the start of the game as an away mascot. If your child would like to be entered in our free raffle to become mascot, which will be drawn during the coach journey, they simply need to wear a Wrexham shirt and to travel on our coach!

Once we arrive at the ground, a total of 50 covered seats have been reserved for supporters on our coach in the away supporters seating area. Alternatively, you and your child can instead choose to stand on the uncovered away terrace behind the goal. Tickets for both sections of the ground are available at the turnstile and cost £15 for adults, £10 for concessions, £5 for under 19’s, whilst Under 12’s are free when accompanied by an adult.

Junior Dragon volunteers will be stewarding the coach and will be available to escort you to and from the coach to the stadium. However, please remember that you are responsible for supervising your child for the duration of the trip, both on the coach and during the game. Following the game, the coach will return straight back to Wrexham.

Finally, please remember that alcohol is strictly prohibited on all trips run by the Away Travel Club. It is also an offence under law and punishable by a fine of up to £3,000. Club Members and Junior Dragons are protected by our away travel insurance policy. In the event that the match is postponed whilst travelling or abandoned you will receive free transport to the rearranged game or a refund on the price of your coach ticket if you cannot make the rearranged game.

Superb initiative, well done.
A long time ahead I know, and it may depend on our results in the meantime, but 7-8 of us have just booked advance train tickets for this one from London. It's a very small ground, relatively close, Saturday game, any chance at all does anyone think it will be made all ticket for Wrexham fans?

Doubt it . Never been any problems I can remember and last time I went there are away turnstiles but you could go anywhere in the ground once inside.

We still have a few spaces left on our coach to Guiesley. Please call into the club shop to buy your tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

I remember when I was a kid the club used to organise trips like this quite a bit. I think then they were called the junior reds. We used to play a game against the oppositions junior clubs team before the match. Remember going to league games at Birmingham city, Bristol City, Swindon, notts county, Blackpool with them, was class.
