Yeah, I am sympathetic to their plight but the way this has been done is a recipe for disaster at first glance. All it takes is some idiots with a beef with our club to get tickets for the same area and all hell could break loose.

I would hope that Hartlepool have something in place to allow some form of segregation...

I've just phoned Hartlepool ticket office and I asked for tickets I. The away she said to phone back tomorrow because the ticket office has closed to the day

She said there's only 488 tickets left in the home end and she's also stated she's seen nothing out of the ordinary for away ticket sales

Taken from their website a few minutes ago

"Supporters wanting to attend Pools’ match with Wrexham on Saturday 20th January (3pm Kick Off) are advised to purchase in advance.

At close of business on Tuesday 16th January, there are just over 300 tickets available in the Niramax Terrace and 166 in the Prostate Cancer UK Stand.

Both the Camerons CK Stand and the Niramax Stand have sold out.

The Club Ticket Office will be open each weekday from 10am to 4pm, while supporters can also purchase tickets online."

I bought my ticket online earlier today and it is in the 2nd block of seating as the 1st block has sold out except for the odd few seats. They appear to be keeping the away end for away supporters but very difficult to be absolutely sure about this as to buy online you have to register with them and simply say yes to being an away supporter. There doesn't seem to be any verification of the address details entered as I was allowed to buy without any question even though I have a Stockport address which I think should have raised a question.

The prostate cancer stand has a certain ring to it.

For those who are not going to Hartlepool on Saturday, BT Sport Score are making this fixture their featured National League game with live visits to the match throughout the afternoon programme - plus Jules Beech & Robbie Savage.
Can't ask for more - well, other than an away win and 3 welcome away points.
