Default Manager confirmed today?

Club seem to love a statement at 5pm, or will it be something sooner?

Any teaser tweets or other content spotted post it up, unless it looks like this:

Any combination of Davies, Darlington and Wright would be fine with me. Just keep up what we've been doing but with more attacking play as on show at Woking.

Long term, Andy Davies won't have any draw or pull to players but in the short term, no reason he can't step up. He's helped develop some really bloody good players from the youth. I think he's proved himself to be more than some local just winging things.

If Asked would jump, yes, absolutely, he gets blood from stone but logic says he takes Macclesfield up and fulfills our sort of dreams.

Bellamy or Owen I could get with Darlo links and Owen does sound very interesting. Bellamy has the name and right attitude. Sol Campbell is a nutter, no thanks.

Keep things ticking along whilst being a bit more open going forward and fans will be generally happy I would think. Keates had the final say and he did seem content not to lose if we didn't win which is fair enough but when it's consistent, you're better off losing a few of them draws and winning a few of them draws.

I'm hoping for retaining what we have with Wright moved up or Owen or Bellamy. Either of them will be okay with me but the last thing we need now is any other extreme changes which is why Sol Campbell talk is hilarious to me. Cue him being revealed

I was having a chuckle at the Sol Campbell rumour, but then i did a bit of research, he has worked with Big Den at Trinidad, did his pro license with Welsh FA and read this interesting article

http://www.google.ie/amp/s/amp.thegu...ager-interview

Basically saying he would work for free!

Now i still have my doubts , but reading what i have, it is not as wild a rumour as first thought!

I'm not convinced with this argument that you need a big list of contacts to succeed. There are managers at this level with extensive playing and managerial experience who have bought in loads of rubbish players and those lacking that experience who have done well.

Anyway who is to know what contacts Davies has. He may not have been a mute during his coaching courses

Il give you the announcement now

Davies and Darlington until the end of this season

It's the most logical and sensible option

I thought it was already agreed that Davies and Darlington were in charge for the remainder of the season? Am I missing something here ?

Shaun Pearson is one of the best signings this club has made in years. If we are going to move forward, we need similar signings in the summer.

Could Andy Davies have pulled this off?
