Default Local talent spotter identifies key WAFC targets

Seven local lads who could shine for Wrexham AFC - Daily Post

Should we be giving these lads a go? Huws Grays Alliance isn't too far from where we are

Local 'award winning' coach trying to elevate his profile via the press.

Why isn't he recommending these players to his real club Jester where he is employed?

Wrexham-based football coach is an award winner again - Daily Post

Oh and his other club Brickfield are trying to snap up all the tiny tot talented players in the Wrexham area by having U4 and U5 age groups, which is totally ridiculous.

There were attempts to stop thismass signing on a few years back. Clubs, mainly pro clubs, were signing up anyone who showed the slightest bit of talent. Trouble was they had hundreds on the books and the lads wereonly getting snippets of game time and not allowed to sign for another club. So basically their progress was being curtailed and the local leagues were losing quality. I was managing an u14 team at the time and lost 7 players practically overnight to local pro clubs. Within 2 years six had been released having played hardly any game time during that period. For the sake of local football and the progression of these youngsters I hope to God it doesnt return to that.

'He turns 30 this year, but looks a lot younger' - Well we should defiantly sign him now.....
