Don't think there is any talk of them folding just being in meldown on and off the pitch. Fans forum very despondant and many expecting relegation. Steve Hill in the Non-league today looking for apologies about remarks on here aimed his way. Certainly no need to call him some of the things he says were printed about him . Suggesting that he is bought some Wrexham Lager when we play them next month as an olive branch but interestingly wants it served without the bubbles. Must of got used of a team down the road who have lost their sparkle and fizz.

The extra revenue this derby brings in at the moment is needed badly by both club. Barnet would hardly be a substitute. Hope they don't fold, but we are in a higher div next season, getting thousands via the FL and not reliant on the derby.

In think derbies with Crewe and Port Vale next season would soften the blow somewhat

They’ve over spent again dishing out 2 year contracts to ageing average conference players.

Giving it large in the summer when Ross Hannah turned us down for their 2 year deal, they seemed pretty happy in pre season with the Macclesfield 3 signing.

Mark Macguire seems to be getting a lot of flack from the Jesters apparently he ran Hull and Stockport into the ground under his reign.

Have looked at the BT and Sky Schedules and on that basis Friday 7.45 and Saturday 5.30 are favourite for a switch to accomodate TV

Talk of administration and overspending Chester FC V Gateshead MATCH THREAD | Devachat

"I know and trust the info I've been told. Former Chairman Alan Povey has touched on it tonight on twitter, Dave Powell and others have touched on it too. The past 12 months have been catastrophic for us financially as a football club.

Next week's meeting is quite simply the most important meeting in the clubs history since the inaugural meeting at the Guildhall.

The actions taken at that meeting will quite simply determine the future direction of this club, if we continue on the path we have been on for the past 12 months we won't have a club."

With vague rumours about things going on 'behind the scenes' https://twitter.com/legardj/status/954756596319563777 !
