Forest Green probably couldn't. They're struggling with the financial fair play of being in the league.

They'll always have money, but Vince is hampered by how much he's allowed to put in, and they can only spend 60% of turnover on their playing squad

Whatever people have to say about Fleetwood's chairman, at least he cares about the game and knows how to run a football club. Dale Vince has no clue. If they don't go down this season, it'll be the next.
