Raven did well.Thrown in at the deep end,but looked a tidy,well organised player.Not a natural attacker by the looks of things,but looked like he knew what he was doing.

Did well to match a better team.

Norburn and cook (despite his gut) were very strong.

We defended superbly and Quigley was superb first half. Just what we have lacked all season.

Dunn did well with one outstanding save.

Looked a proper footballer, but definitely missed Jennings attacking play. Raven looked more like a CB.

Problem was,first half,we couldn't defend set pieces,they were first to almost everything that they whipped in to our box,and their second looked like it WAS COMING,THE MOMENT THE REF POINTED TO THE CORNER!.

Not sure I agree about Tranmere. Typical Conference side, big, tough but fell over whenever we breathed on them. Aldershot were better. Right result. Dunn had a great game and Craven slotted in well. Fantastic atmosphere. We are right up there and needn't be afraid of anyone now.

Tranmere look like a team who could win this league. Very good side, probably the best I've seen this season.

We just need to finish in the top 3. We're very capable. Play like we did today on Tuesday and we'll give Gateshead a hiding.

Quigley was our only player to take the game to Tranmere and looks a really good signing. Shame he doesn’t have a striker partner.

Happy with that, glad it was an entertaining game and we didn't lose in front of that crowd. Slightly disappointed in the two goals conceded, however Tranmere probably had better chances to score another.

Quigley's goal was immense, especially with it just being after they scored.. not celebrated a goal like that since Carrington scored at Stoke in the FA Cup!

The Rave did well considering he was dropped into the thick of it at left back.

Think we would have been better off with Wright instead of Kelly in a game like this.
