Midfielder 4th bid?
 

Anyone know if we were successful at the 4th time of trying this time? Any ideas who? Could have done with a different type of player in the middle today

Norburn type would be perfect. Thought he was class today.

CM was poor today, going forward that is. Wedgbury great defensive display but Kelly despite some good passing is past it.
Why did Wright get 1 minute after being given a 2 1/2 year deal, baffling.

As much as I would have liked to see Wright start, given how long he’s been out would’ve been a risk to start him. Even coming on in CM can be tricky in a game like that. Hopefully he gets a good run out on Tuesday, he has undoubtedly got potential to be a big player for us. Keates mush also think that given the contract duration.

Was left confused with that too. Would have brought him on with at least 20. Would have got us more in to the game I thought. Wedge did well, he'd look 10x better with a player like Norburn next to him tho.

Thought it was Deverdics all along but Hartlepool are in a dogfight on and off the field and wont want him to leave being a regular starter - but their financial plight might force their hand - it's squeak bum time now, things will happen in the next couple or days or perhaps they wont and we'll plod on.
