4k x £15 = 60k

avraged £15 to take into account adult and younger fan tickets. so maybe average out as presume more adults than youngsters.

Chester might bring a fair few, especially if the game is being touted as the last ever league meeting between our clubs.

Of course you can.. That's why you have revisions to budgets in most big businesses.. R1 & R2 is fairly common so I wouldn't see why we wouldn't do it..

Yes at a couple of key points in the season you can. But the club will have created their budget for the season expecting a big crowd against Tranmere. It wasn't an unexpected windfall like the Moult transfer.

We certainly made some money from it but it was only the 2 December games where the money was specifically going to BTB.

I am sure they base it on an average attendance rather than individual games. So the extra money is what was above this average but then you need to consider if we dip below for the rest of the season.

A bit optimistic that with Concessions, kids for a Quid, Family tickets etc.
Then take off the VAT. plus Stewards etc. Realistically nearer £10 per head but a decent sum anyway.

Managed decline seems to be working well.

Their survival fund is over £30k so dont see why it would be.
