I believe the punishment for non production of s bond is immediate relegation from the National league system, NL, NL north and south.

I'm guessing but I'd imagine the difference with us is that we aren't in debt..

Nothing to do with debt. The bond is Paid to the league as a guarantee that you will be able to complete your fixture responsibilities next season, regardless of the league you are in.

My understanding is, this is refundable at the end of the season so long as your house is in order.

Ramy Ltd own more than 10% shares according to the website (probably a lot more than 10%). Owned by the Alkadhi brothers who seem to be in charge with a net worth of -£3.6m.

They always seem to find the money from somewhere though. Their budget cannot just be tickets sales and 'football fortune'.
