I don't think any of us know the extent of his injured hamstring.
I would be very cautious to risk him and give him another week - would like to think we have enough to beat Halifax as it stands - no point in rushing a hamstring injury only for it to backfire and we lose him for 6 weeks. Hopefully he's getting some in depth physio and it's not a tear just a strain. Even if deemed fit to play I would bench him and bring him back gradually if required - he could be the goal scoring difference in getting the goals that take us up but we need to manage him properly to get the best we can from him. |
