Default Pearson

I know the lad signed on a 2 year deal but I honestly think we should be offering him a 2 year extension now. I’d love for him to be captain here for years to come no matter what league we are in.I know he’s already moved to the area but an extra 2 Years would give him and his family even more stability.

Standing pitch side yesterday gave us the view of Pearsons in game management skills. He absolutely bullied the ref into giving us decisions without ever really being in danger of crossing the line. When we were closing the game out second half he followed a Guise,eh punt out of play for a goal kick, the ball rested against the pitch side hoardings with wrexham fans behind it and he instructed those fans to "leave it there" ensuring Dunn had to collect it wasting some time, he then b0ll0#ked Dunn for taking the goal kick at the nearest side. It is great to see that we are so streetwise and can match teams like Guiseley who have used these tactics on us so often.

As good as he is i would imagine we won't be offering what would be a 4 year deal with the 2 years he already has. A 1 year extension next season if he remains fit would be more realistic

Let's build a dynasty here, what could and should have happened when Flynn was in charge passing it on to Ferguson, everything was set up back then!

Similar things are in place now with El Delano having a 3 year contract and a good coaching set up, the fans are right behind the club again, start improving the Youth policy as best that we can and who knows?

Is he good enough for the Football League? Grimsby thought not.

He’s the type of character we’ve missed since creighton retired. Never mind if he’s not as good at distributing the ball as others, he is undoubtedly gets the best out of Manny Smith...and others.

If he leads us to the promised land, he’d be good for a new 2 year deal.

A lot of their fans would have him back , Mansfield also wanted him.

Yea not sure about the whether he was good enough bit, their fans love him. Looks like there has been a miscommunication between him and their board, which has benefitted us.

For El Delano to get him was a big statement at the time, backed up by some of the other signings since then.

We just need to round it off with another forward or two!

he is our leader we wouldnt be half the team without him - guiseley throw all the big boys on in the last 25mins (2 of them taller than the floodlights) & he was the main player not to be bullied by them still shouting @ those around him. after the final whistle he called the players into a pack wouldnt let them go to the fans on there own had to stay as a group all together as a team --- great man
