We’re not gonna be changing our formation almost 3/4 of the way through the season. Though I do like the 4-2-3-1, feel it provides a lot of stability and good attacking options without leaving us too exposed.

But we play conference football so no need to get too complicated with it.

I wouldn't expect that many changes ahead of a game which on paper/plastic pitch looks like one if our toughest. That team looks to have potential and in time maybe an exciting prospect, but stability has got us this far and I expect Kelly and Boden will be included for that reason and as well as their experience. Deverdics' performance on Saturday showed it is not easy for new players to quickly gel or to integrate into a team that has been doing well. To minimise that risk of unsettling things too much, the only change likely to the starting 11 is Quiggs if he is fit enough, replacing Rutherford or otherwise a straight swap with either Franks or Mackreth on the right wing.

The knives seem to be out for Kelly this week, but DK and his coaches seem singled minded and their team selection isn't prone to knee jerk reaction. Hopefully Deverdics will have benefited from another week with us and can find some form quickly, we keep our unbeaten run going and the other players have to bide their time.

Must win this one for me, if we want to prove we are capable of top spot we have to win against the other challengers. Something we haven't managed to do all season.
Fail to win and the automatic spot may well be out of reach and we could be down to fifth, looking over our shoulders and the increased pressure of hanging onto the playoff spot, heightened by a couple of teams just outside the playoffs also have a game in hand on us.

We have the ability to win, do we have the mentality? I'm not so sure.
