Default Bucket collection

Considering Jester are going to use the last of their BTB money to sign john Rooney should the club still have a bucket collection? Personellly I don’t think so, they’re taking the piss!

Agreed, they actually are “taking the piss”... but they won’t even get the steam off mine!!! Tinpot Club, tinpot fans... have had the cheek to tell us “goats” where to stick our bucket collection!!!

By offering the bucket collection the Club are sending out a message of "We've been there and know what it's like."
It is down to the individual whether they contribute. No problem.

Is this a 'fact' or are you just going on rumours on a football forum?

If any collection is made through the Wrexham club there should be set rules for the use of money raised. If the collector simply sends the money to Chester is will be squandered. he have a poor record on money management.

Perhaps money collected should be ring fenced - say - e.g. to be paid towards the rates on The Deva and to be paid direct to Chester Council or a fund for such matters.

I have followed the case of Chester with interest and it saddens me to see the state the club is in - yet again. The people in charge there are pretty hopeless in managing the clubs affairs and I would hope that any funds raised should be given with strings attached.

I'd be surprised if more than £150 will be raised so i don't think going into ring fencing money would have any point to it as it won't make much difference to them. The majority of people online and who I've spoken too have laughed at the idea of giving them money so not much will be raised, i certainly will not be giving them a penny.

As for Vose would be very suprised the names the Harry Mac fans called him when we played there a few years back. Not to mention he is southern based.
