DK already has a good head start on last season and agreed it is a bit surprising Leo hasn't gone out on loan.

goods news that another decent player renews and what DK now needs to do is work out how he accommodates him as a defensive midfielder but allows us to be better further up the field.

Great that Sam is the first to sign on the line, and well deserved.

Noticeable that Holroyd's form has dipped over recent weeks, and he doesn't look quite the same player who came into the team after a lengthy spell out injured.

Maybe contract negotiations with him haven't gone as well...

He gets my vote for Player of the Season. Pearson has been immense and is a true leader, but I don't think I would be exaggerating if I said Wedgebury must have chucked his body infront of 50 to 100 goal bound shots this season, at least twice a game he does it, he must spend his Sunday's nursing the bruises!!

This is looking good for next season, particularly if we are still in the National League and particularly if you work on the assumption that there might be a 2 year plan. I am not sure that these players are good enough to keep us up if we were to get promoted. If we can add a goalkeeper, a couple of good midfielders, a good winger and two different strikers we may be able to turn some of these draws into wins. It has been hard going watching this season but has been so much more interesting than the mess we were in under Mills. Still have a chance to go up this season but we have to step out and compete in midfield. There are teams out there who are very good at the last 10 minutes. We seem to be hanging on almost every game.
