Weird..

No, the prosecutor was reading out what has happened. The person(s) who saw him are the witnesses not the prosecutor. Hence the use of the word alleged repeatedly. The article says Hurst was charged and for that to happen it would be done by the Police.

Generally people wear smart clothes to court. I was surprised he was overdressed for such a hearing, but no point going in your dinner jacket scruffs.

He's got some cheek turning up to court in a Wrexham tracksuit. What kind of representation is that for our club. He'll be gone in the summer, probably won't play again.
