Should have brought Ainge on for the last 20 to give him a decent chance to make an impression, should also have brought on Raven at some point if only for fresh legs.

I think it shows that he is slow to make a decision. Same in the transfer windows, sam with Massanka on loan and same with some players in the starting 11 and some on the subs bench.

He has to be more pro-active but I still feel he is too scared of losing.

I've been noticing it a lot lately, today and in the 1-1 draw against Halifax mainly. Subs are there for a reason and 4 minutes + stoppage time isn't enough time to make a significant impact 9 times out of 10.

I feel that a few of our draws in 2018 would have been wins if we used our bench properly too.
If the same substitution was made 20 mins sooner I think we could have won this. We seemed to be playing the long ball all game so why not play the two strikers to keep the pressure on.First half we were played off the park lucky to go in drawing.

Too much discussion and not enough action, crying out for changes and not made.

Totally agree.
In comparison Aldershot manager brought his 3 subs on at staggered intervals.

Wright was stripped off and ready to come on part way through the second half then there must have been a change of thought.

Leaving it until 4 minutes from time to make your first change was too late.

Ainge looked very good when he came on - got a good back header on with his first touch from which Quigley missed his hatrick chance.

But some fresh legs and energy in the attacking third might have improved things in the closing stages - our midfield was over run so Wright could have added some power in the middle - but perhaps DK thought we were doing OK as we were.

Too much indecision too. Wright was stripped to come on, then sat back down again. He was stripping off again when the match ended.

Rabbit in headlights at times when it comes to subs, wont act unless we are behind.

Happened last season a couple of times as well if I remember correctly( when we went out of the cup?)

He has to be braver

Keates does not have the bottle to change things, it’s been the same all season and has cost us numerous points hence the continued draws when it just needs something different. The experience from the other bench got the point for them.
