I think some people are forgetting this is Keates' first managers job.

Of course he will make mistakes.

We will have to see if he rectifys the mistakes next season (regardless of the division).

Arrrr ok then, let’s spend a couple years while he learns his job then betters himself and moves on as that got to be better than getting someone who knows this job and getting us out of this hell hole.

Some yes, but most of the problems are down to recruitment.

He can't sign a brand new attack and midfield (which is what it needs) in January.
