Default Hard to beat, harder to win - penalties

I still feel confident we'll be in the play offs somewhere - if we keep on making draws then penalty shoot outs could play a big part in the outcome of our season.
I hope that Dean works on penalties during coaching sessions with the whole team and the players know the order and individuals concerned - practice makes perfect!
Aldershot played some excellent football but they couldn't beat us, it could happen again - we have to be ready.

Maybe we could even practise a kick off move that doesnt involve Wedgbury kicking it as far and as high as he can.

He's a frustrated ex Rugby Union player going for touch.

We have booted the ball straight out as a tactic for over a decade

3 league defeats in our last 31 league matches.
Yes there have been lots of draws, but that is a decent statistic!

After losing 3 out of the first 5 it's such a fine margin, just a couple more wins instead of draws and the mood on here would be a lot better!

yes hard to beat, but the brand of football weer producing wood send a glass eye to sleep, its a home game surely we must have the lions share of the ball and be on the front foot, we cant even keep the ball, somebodys been shineing on us up to yet, they may think weev had enuff help and now the rains are off and weev gotta step up to the plate and sharpish, DK sounding like a broken record, the players have got to make the effort to match the fans, 3 or 4 with heart isnt gonna do it DK has to get somethin out of them

We are 16th in the form table over the last 4 games (all draws) .. We are going through a bad patch and not picking up many points whilst teams around us are. We have 10 games left we could in theory not lose any matches yet still fail to make the play off’s and that would be huge disappointment bearing in mind we have been top of times this season.
My opinion for what its worth we will scrape into the play offs in 7th place and then it will be up to the football Gods

lies, damned lies and statistics, eh?

After 36 games we're in 6th place in the form table and just one point off 3rd place.
