I cant believe Kelly is still starting, he does absolutely nothing expect pass the ball backwards or sideways and bottles out of challenges. Think he's scored 1 goal all season and had a couple assists, how is that good enough a creative player?

Deverdics and Franks look like they are still playing for a relegation side, not made any impact whatsoever. And Jennings on a 2yr deal is bitting us on the arse now, bloody shite. Keates needs to make his subs quicker as there's no time for players to make any impact coming on for 5 minutes.

Agree out of his depth in this league not good enough, he also turned a goal chance simple pass to Quiqley into giving possesion away which led to the goal. Done well to get a draw against the best footballing side to come to the course this season.

That’s the most concerning thing I have heard or seen today. When managers start saying things that are clearly mad, it’s a very very very bad sign.

Aldershot - best footballing team to play here this season - we should just be grateful to the gods that by half time they hadn't killed us completely off. If their finishing had been a bit better they would nave murdered us.
They were generally quicker to the ball, kept possession and passed the ball around - we couldn't live with them yet strangely took the lead twice and could have won it.
My MOTM was Quigley - not for his goals but for chasing everything down all match - with Ainge alongside him in the closing stages we looked dangerous.
We didn't deserve a win - usual analysis - the Shots midfield was much better. We kicked off second half and immediately lost possession - Aldershot strung 8 passes together and reached the edge of our box - but we did create chances today unlike Solihull on Tuesday. Roberts climbed very well to get his header away which was saved by their keeper - just about when the ball squirmed under him and Franks had a decent chance which he blazed over / wide.

Agree with PD's take on it, except for Franks. Not sure I would give him more than Jennings and Deverdics. Jennings made two timely blocks in the second half and Deverdics offered something from dead ball situations. Franks offered absolutely nothing all game.

Ainge looks a right handful, his ass cheeks in particular.

On balance, a point gained rather than two lost. We're still somehow in a good position for the play-off positions, and even top 3. Games are running out, so we move on and hope we can crawl to the finish line. Then it's up for grabs.

Aldershot were outstanding today - their movement and psssing was on a completely different level to ours. Good lesson as to where we need to get to - on balance we did well to get a point
