It's more bizarre some of the "hate" if I can use such a strong word that some people on here have for some of our own current players.

When you think we are 4th in the table as well, having our best season for 5 years, you don't have to be a happy clapper to work it all out.

I loved Vose when he was here, I enjoyed watching him play, I was gutted when he left actually but he went to a team higher up, he has done nothing since he left here! If he had stayed here who knows? Perhaps we could have gone on and won promotion under Gary Mills and been £1 million in debt now with people saying "told you Mills would get us into debt".

You could say Vose did nothing for Chester (did he actually effect the result?), apart from play some pretty passes and pirouette about, it was good to watch from a football perspective but anyone with football game management knowledge knows he isn't Keates's kind of player at this moment in time!

A couple of posters have simply said they enjoyed watching both players in Wrexham shirt.

Maybe if you had seen them play you might understand. See, we can all play at being smart arses. Just give it a rest because your constant digs at posters on here is getting tiresome.
First time he ever saw either play was yesterday. On the TV.

Little was also a grafter as well as a skilful player, he had the footballing brain to know when to pass and when to make some space. The team he played in here had a mixture of characters, grafters and proper men playing for us!

That team achieved something (winning the FA Trophy) whereas the team Vose played in had some moments but ultimately fell apart.

We had both seen plenty of Little during our golden years. He was always a player who seemed to stand out against us but until I saw him in Wrexham shirt I never realised just what a good footballer he was.

I saw Little play on the Isle of Man.
Did you?
Of course you didn't, you have never been outside of Wrexham, have you?
Even yesterday you weren't at the game, because you watched it on TV, just like me.

He was playing for Burnley? Was at that game

Did they beat us 1-0? Didn't we have the IOM keeper in goal. Tyre fitter by day?

His name was Dawson. First name may be Kevin.
He now spends a lot of his time helping his 2 daughters with their golfing ambitions.
