Great talent but massive lack of drive.
Something seriously wrong with Vose if he is playing for them! I hope he doesn't regret the missed opportunities in his career.

If he could get his head down and sort himself out then he wouldn't be playing in this league for a team destined for The Conference North.

Agree with a couple of earlier contributors. He was the best player out there. Chester’s problem was that they had nobody else although Astle was sound. We deserved to win and I can’t see the point of constantly claiming we are mediocre every flamin week.

We were mediocre today. And in the 8 draws in our last 12 games. Or were we great v Solihull, Halifax etc?

No point having that quality if he cant make it count, but don't agree he was tidy at times but didn't have any impact. He would be a luxury for us if we could afford to carry him at times.

he had no impact in the game today, and according to some of their fans i work with he has had no real impact in any game for them so far... yes he may look good compared to the other players around him but his supposed quality should change games.... like it did for us over the christmas period he was here... oh wait a minute.

Yep, enjoyed watching him today. Has the touch of surgeon, gave the ball away all of once today, and he saw plenty of it. I understand why he wouldn't get into our team but I'd take him over our two wide men on today's showing.

Can you explain why he was booed? Bizarre behaviour from our unwashed lot.

If I was going to boo him it would have been based on his performance at Halifax. He was an embarrassment that day. However although I will always remember it I have moved on, maybe others haven't. Or it could simply be just because he is ex red playing for them.
