You need to keep them out and also score them yourself. Too much emphasis on either one and no balance won't bring a promotion.

Exactly that's why 3 points were brought in for a win to make football more entertaining and stop teams parking the bus home and away, another reason they pass back rule changed I remember all those years ago when Liverpool ruled the old first division they were boring to watch continually passing the ball back to the keeper one season. Rules have been changed for the better regarding 3 points for a win and the pass back rule, still room for improvement regarding diving it should be an automatic red card or introduce a sinbin for it like rugby.
