Wouldnt surprise me. Thought the announcement on club website was extremely brief which said a lot. Apart from any possible financial savings (not much at this stage of the season) he may not have been a good influence in the dressing room. DD charge wont have done him any good.

That said given the off-field antics of Hurst I can understand it.

We're ok re suspensions:

One match ban for 5 yellows ends on 30th Nov, after that it changes to a two match ban for reaching 10 yellows by the 2nd Sunday in March.

Unless a player now gets to 15 yellows for the season they'll be ok (3 match ban if they do though!)
