If reports are true that Keates is off, Who’s do we want next?

Caretaker/interim manager till the end of the season or appointment someone new?

Considering the time it usually takes - not a criticism - ther's no chance of getting the right man now. End of season, as we have a decent spine already it won't take much for a new manager to take up the ropes as long as the process starts now.

Darlo and Davies till the end of season/play offs for me, need continuity the position we're in.

Dont think Darlo can due to his job with the Welsh FA.

Is Darlo really workable with his other commitments? He's unable to make every game currently, unsure his other commitments would allow it.

What if Keates take Andy and/or Darlo?

Could see Morrell back till the summer myself seeing as he won't have to sign anyone.

Could be worse though, could have Bignot and Neil Young

Morrell until the end of the season with Darlington and look for a permanent appointment in the summer.
