Very true Cymro.Maidstone could end up winning three games in a row, before that they had not won in the league since early November.

Boat has probably sailed on our title challenge. We've got a difficult run in. Dagenham Fylde Leyton Boreham. Had we won Saturday then fair enough. Mind you as it stands we only need to close the gap by a point a game from here on in.

I don't get this thing, that players deliberately go out to lose games. You cant tell me that someone from the club says to the players right lads go out and enjoy yourself but make sure we don't win the game because we cant afford to get promotion. People used to say this about Wrexham, that they don't wont promotion.

Macc losing tonight would be absolutely brilliant for us if we could defend corners.

This seems pointless to me. Aren't fans of other teams thinking exactly the same e.g. Aldershot now having a worse goal difference than us after being hammered at Fylde and only taking 1 point off Chester (we got 6).

Too many dropped points from winning positions. Could have been home and dry if we could defend a lead.

Is it a case of them being tough because of the 'new money' in non league football?

The reason I ask is that I've just had a quick look at the three clubs you mention, Maidstone moved into a £2.6 million stadium in 2012, Boreham Wood had a £1 million pound pitch funded with assistance from Arsenal, not sure if Sutton have a benefactor or if their healthy financial position came about from the FA Cup run.

Those figures seem beyond us at the moment ..... but at least we've got history

Hartlepool have just scored from about 35 yards with a proper ping! Now leading Barrow 1-2
