And that was the first game of the season with Carrington in centre mid. Our only defeat at home. I'd fancy our chances of getting through a home tie against anyone

To win the play offs will be difficult unless we can find a better balance. We can be very solid but lack the creativity to really open up teams. Then in games where we have tried to go for teams have looked venerable. I am also concerned by our poor performances in cup competitions over the last few years; especially as the play offs are like a cup competition.

Thank you - I’d almost forgotten that we won and gone equal third. Fact is that nobody would want to come here despite the typically downbeat comments. If we can get second or third we would have one home game to get to Wembley and then it’s anyones. Keep our shape and Quigley fires and we can beat anyone in my opinion. What this club needs now is what Pearson reminded us all of at the final whistle - we are in the scrap and I don’t care how we have got here. In a battle you need to be unified. 7 , perhaps 9 games and a bright future awaits- let’s do it for Jacko. Utst

On a practical note if we manage to finish 4 or 5 the home match will be on 2/3 of May. Our last match of season is 28th April. We may not know who we are playing until that date..Can't see it being all ticket as there won't be time to sell them..

Is there such a thing as equal 3rd, goal difference means it's 4th doesn't it?

2 big games at Easter now that could really put us in the play off picture. I think final placings will go down to the wire.
