You are right that shareholders are entitled to receive accounts before they are generally available but this is on request. If you haven't requested them, why would you expect to receive them?

The accounts need to be filed with Companies House no later than 9 months following the end of the accounting period, which is 31 March 2018. Companies House can usually take up to 14 days and in some cases longer to publish these online.

Most businesses do not submit their accounts until as close to the deadline as possible, the same as with most people who file a self-assessment tax return.

Just because the accounts run until 30 June 2017 doesn't mean that they are finalised at that date. This can take an inordinate amount of time depending on the company.

As I said earlier, if you want a copy, ask for them. Moaning on here achieves nothing.
There is only one share. It is held by the trust. We are trust members and as such have an interest in that proportionate to the membership numbers.

Thanks for the clarification. My above post referred to the rights of shareholders so apologies for any misunderstanding.

I know that that is the amount of money put into the club by the trust but I'm not aware that there is more than 1 Share.

Just viewed the accounts you refer to and have to agree with your comment.

For all the moaning and growning on here , people could always put themselves up for election on to the board, after all we are a fans owned club , very easy to criticise from behind a keyboard

This figure represents , I think, the amount put in to the Club by WST. There is also a Profit and Loss Account figure of minus £1187936 representing accumulated losses. The net deficit at 31/5/16 is therefore £336662. Most of the losses are attributable , of course, to the previous regime.
My google search only shows the 2016 Balance Sheet with other pages all blank. Do you have another link?

It's not easy at all to ask difficult questions of the Club you love and own. Are you saying that because we're fan owned that questions shouldn't be asked unless you're prepared to stand for election?
Not suggesting we're in any bother like that lot down the road are in, but would you have advised them the same with hindsight?
I'm almost certain we're fine, but tiny little bells being rung warrant answers to questions for some of our fellow owners.
