Football Club AGM

Still waiting on a date for this.
Season will be over by the time we get to see last years accounts although that may be the reason for the delay as the future projections may look rosier.

Re: Football Club AGM

Accounts need to be filed at Companies House by 31st March to avoid a fine.
Will they be filed before we see them?

That's what happened last year with the agm being held in April. Do you know how many days notice the Club is required to give to Members re the date of the agm?

Will be good to know why they have taken so long to submit last years?
Also what profits have been made when we consider the £400,000 for Neil Taylor & others should be shown in the pot!!!
Should be a positive showing for next season

Insulting comment.
Pointed out where you can get the relevant information.. I suppose you would want him to do the work for you.

Jesus, all he did was to refer someone to the club secretary.

If someone can't be bothered googling the information themselves, why should they expect someone else to do it for them?

To save you the effort of finding out for yourself, the standard notice is 14 days.

I assume all is in order - but don't forget that as a WST member you have an interest in WST Assets Ltd who's accounts are also due 31st March 2018. WST Assets has two club directors attached.

There is also The Racecourse Community Foundation Ltd which has a number of trustees including a Wrexham club director and one who is a past director.
