It was a tongue in cheek remark due to the logo looking horrendus, maybe too big I don't know. It is brilliant that they sponsor us though to be fair.

Good news, well done Ifor Williams, and Geoff Scott, for getting the shirt sponsor, sorted for next season. I've no problem with the shirt logo either, size or colour, no need to buy a new shirt now!!!!!

Well I’d like to thank Ifor Williams for being brilliant sponsors and for one say that I’m proud to wear our shirt bearing their name! IW have stood up and been counted and put their faith and money where their mouth has been which is truly commendable in my opinion. Wrexham isn’t a Man U or similar whereby they’ll get millions seeing their brand every week but as they kindly say we do have a different type of draw and that is down to our community ‘all for one and one for all’ spirit - our club is special in that it looks after all elements, it’s inclusive not exclusive, and it accommodates all whilst trying to achieve its ambitions. I’m proud to be a Wrexham fan and I’m proud to wear the shirt and back those backing the club for the right reasons (official sponsors and fans can only be classed in this bracket!). UTST and thank you Ifor Williams - let’s hope the team can reward everyone with their continued success on the pitch!!

I Thought it was official months ago that they will be sponsoring us next season also..

if i recall correct... the deal was a 2 or 3 year deal initially.. and that IF we was to be promoted.. they would then increase the sponsorship money to accommodate for promotion as once in FL sponsorship deals are more costly
