That is the problem, continuity is fine but I don't believe AD/CD are the future. Keates set up this team and yes it would have been no different under him today, you also have to question if Year 2 of the 2 year plan would have been any different. We have a strong backbone to the team, now we need new thinking to take us forward.

21 points lost from winning positions, a fresh approach is needed. A proper manager should of been appointed at the time, the more ‘continuity’ gets banded around the more people start to believe it.
