We were not good on Monday but I thought the ref was shocking. How he could penalise manny who barely moved towards Andrade while denying Pearson who was clearly shoved in the area by the BW defender beats me. Let's hope if we are lucky enough to get to the play offs we don't get him!

Why Quigley was subbed soon after a shot on goal was deflected narrowly wide is also a mystery. His first touch may have been poor at times but he seemed our biggest threat.

Onwards now to Eastleigh on Saturday. I fear their pitch will be a quagmire given all the rain we have had. We'll probably be lucky to escape with a draw.

ROBERTS lost his head, and grabbed the guys crotch. The 4th official saw it and rightly informed the ref. He consulted his officials and then made the correct decision.

The ref was pedantic and made some dubious decisions but our indiscipline led us to walk into a trap laid by BW and pulled shut by the ref. We have only ourselves to blame.

The fourth official spoke to him about the crotch grabbing. "Confidential source of information" my arse, there would be absolutely no need for this 'info' to be confidential at all. You've been called out for trying to pin a racism badge on Roberts for no reason and are now trying to backtrack.

If the club comes out with a statement that he's sent off for racist comments I'll apologise to you. I don't think I'll be making that apology any time soon.

That shot was actually deflected towards the goal! It would probably have gone out for a throw otherwise.

I think Quigs was a bit greedy with that shot, not sure who it was we had on the right hand side but in loads of space and a much better position if the ball had been passed out there.
