There is something definitely wrong with the mentality of the side.

We can usually take the lead in a game but then something goes wrong and we just sit back.

We haven't lost, but again have been unable to close out a game against 10 men.

Listening on the radio, we got absolutely battered when their man was sent off.

Eastleigh have beaten Aldershot and Dover in the last couple of weeks, so on paper a draw isn't a bad result at all.

However, we simply cannot hold onto a lead and tactically we have got it wrong again.

How many games have we taken the lead, only to sit back and defend for our lives, only to concede late in the match?

We need to be bold against 10 men and go for the second goal, but are incapable of doing this.
