He looks like a Sunday footballer chucked forward at the end of a game. That is not ambition. Massanka and Reid offered more threat from the bench.

Your above comment has actually made me laugh out loud. He’s also the same player that wasn’t getting a game because Mark beck is keeping him out of the side.

The same Beck who scored twice and knocked us out of the Trophy?

Issue for me and its been the problem all season is the midfield. Even with Wright brought back in it sounded woeful again and second half i think they fliped off down the beach. First signing for next season must be a Pearson esq midfielder who will run the show.
Spot on about midfield.

We cannot control a game. It's desperate defending and random attacking. In between there is nothing. Constantly giving the ball away. Opposition breeze through midfield so we are constantly up against it.

It's painful to watch/listen to

I went to that game and to be fair beck did cause problems for our former millionaire drinkdriver and Tharme at centre back. We put out a woeful team in that game and rightly got beat.

You could argue that even with Keates still here, the results would have been the same. However, you do wonder what the effect Keates leaving has had on the players, he did a good job of selling the club and his plans for the future to this squad when they signed in the Summer. Now he's left them, it is only human to be questioning what future they now have and this must to impact on their play.

Keates may not have been a tactical genius or purveyor of exciting football but he was a winner, commanded respect and was a motivator. Davies has all the aura of an unemployed milkman.

Boden should of replaced the injured Holroyd. He showed enough last week in my opinion and was very unlucky to be sacrificed when we went to 10 men.

A proven partnership up top with Quigs, hence a no brainer.

So what do our management team do...bring on Ainge.

Another baffling substitution from AD, SW and CD.

Boden seems to get more popular on here the less he plays! He’s garbage and has even less bottle than the rest of them
