Surely the board themselves should be asking serious questions.
2 draws against 10 men in the last 3 games and 1 defeat. It says it all.

Ask Davies if the job is too big for him, ask why we sit back in last 10 minutes, ask why Franks even started a game, ask why the hapless Deverdics came on again today.........? The list goes on.

Lets face it we are the employers and have the right to ask questions.

He lacks experience. Made a couple of mistakes at vital times in the game. Like making a change a minute before the board goes up for added time! Why not wait till the board goes up then make a change?? For each sub that’s made the red will add at least 30 secs, probably 1 min for the Quigley change as he took a age to leave the field

Keates seems to have implemented a more professional approach behind the scenes, but on the field we have had our most negative approach since being down in this hellhole division. I think the underlying problem is we don’t pay the going rate for decent players and hence end up with dross.

Surely Leo Smith has more to offer than what we have seen from Deverdics?

Both Deverdics and Franks shouldn't be anywhere near the squad based on performances and effort.

The board need to grow a pair or the fans will vote with their feet and wallets.

Season ticket sales are only 2 months away.

I agree. It's all a bit of a mess and if the season ends in failure to make the playoffs, I fear it will hit season ticket sales over the summer. There's only so much of disappointment after disappointment that the average fan can take.

Not really being fair blaming Davies..It's Keats failure to create a midfield. capable of holding it's own and not being over run, that first, stopped us being title challengers. and, after January, not improving it..
Davies, clearly can't be offered the job full-time, but I put this teams failings at Keates door..
