Why would he leave Macclesfield in League 2?

We need someone who can attract better quality players from the FL and loanees from the Premiership and Championship. He needs to have nothing to do with Wrexham FC, be a hard bastard, and be more attack minded.

Craig Bellamy gets my vote, but would he be interested?

He wouldn't. I said as an example someone like him. Basically in all our managers we have never had someone who is savvy in the transfer market. All we seem to get is non league journeymen and the odd good player we do get they get moved on for peanuts or loaned out 'to save a few quid'!

There is only a small amount left from part 1 which is why the club have started BTB part 2 in the hope that we can add to next seasons budget in a similar way.
I have a raffle going on another thread for 4 signed shirts and there will be plenty of more fund raisers over the summer.
I will be giving all I can for next season. Will be sponsoring a player and can't wait to buy my season ticket.

Keep up the good work Pagl.

Understand your frustrations and no-one is more disappointed than me at the failure to deal with CF and CM positions even before January.

I just hope we make the play offs and then move forward from there by appointing a manager ASAP.

After the dire football on offer this season then all our tethers are not just at their end but half chewed for next season. BUT this is our club and whatever can be done to make an improvement is worth an effort.

Recharge your batteries in the summer

Luckily your white knight is................................................

Yeah, your white knight is exactly where? You're fond of making hits at the present set up but have no realistic alternative. I've said to you once and I'll say it again stand for election to the board and be in a position to make the changes you want. Of course it is so much easier to sit behind a keyboard and make anonymous snips.

All mouth and no trousers sums you up to a Tee.

It's not over yet and without BtB it may have been over weeks ago. The play offs will be like a mini cup competition with plenty of spills and thrills and if we can make it, then for me, supporting BtB will have been money well spent. Not to mention whoever comes in, will be starting in a much stronger position than Keates, with a solid spine to the team. BtB2 on top of our current financial position and inproved gates will be needed to take us further.
So keep up the good work Pagl.

It would be nice, came across another former Welsh Premier League player by the name of Dion Donahue, was at Caernarfon Town, then Sutton Coldfield, moved to Chesterfield, and made a big money move to Portsmouth (by their standards) and could end up in the Championship next season, a midfielder who can play left back.

So frustrating seeing such players making these sorts of moves and yet we seem to never be interested, literally happening under the clubs nose, something the club used to be good at aong time ago now. We've probably missed out on at least 8 players who are now playing league football since being in the non league.
