Wrexham AFC is launching Target 10,000.

Target 10,000 will:

Return the capacity of the stadium back above the 10,000 level with an investment of £15,000 to get the Lower University End behind the goal available to use when demand requires.
Designate the home fixture vs AFC Fylde on Saturday 28th April 2018 as our Target 10,000 game in which any surplus money above budget to be guaranteed to supporters to be ring fenced to support our re-launch of Build The Budget.
Create our own Red Wall at the game.
Be part of our own Red Wall on the 28th April versus AFC Fylde

Tickets are now on sale including in the Lower University End for this game. We are urging fans attending this game to buy tickets for the University End, we believe with your help that we can create our own ‘Red Wall’ and sell out the entire 3,000 seats behind the goal (Lower and Upper GUS) and create a unique special atmosphere at the Racecourse. We want to create a noise that can be heard in Marchwiel!

Fans who want to go in the Lower University End should purchase their tickets in the next few days as we believe this area will sell out quickly as the first brick in the Red Wall.

Don’t Delay

If you can, please purchase your tickets in the next few days to help us drive Target 10,000. Experience tells us that when ticket sales take off that drives more and more people to choose to attend the game and can help us create our own Red Wall, an amazing atmosphere and Build-That-Budget!

My reading of it is they're not pushing for 10k vrs Fylde, just 3k in the tech end utilising the bottom tier. They're saying with that bottom tier the capacity will be over 10k if we ever need it again.
