All we fans can do, is hope.....
 

Don,t give up, a spot in the playoffs is still not out of the question - i for sure will be backing the team come saturday.

Don't get me wrong, i'm as frustrated as the next fan that we've missed out this season on the top spot, at the lack of goals, the countless draws we should have won, the dubious decisions of some match officials, lady luck having too many days off & at times the lack of desire, urgency and conviction displayed by some.

We are in a very precarious position (but not as much as those down the road). For sure things will need to be reviewed and improved upon both on and off the pitch but its out of our (the fans) hands right now. Many times and not just this season, i've left the racecourse at the final whistle to drown my sorrows or go home to kick the cat ( I haven't got a cat!) But what can we do?

All we as fans can do right now is try to enthuse some positivity not negativity & back the team & the club we love (and so very nearly lost) then all we as fans can do is hope..... See you Saturday COYR !!!!

while there's hope - hope to win our next two and hope that Flyde are sorted before the last match and have nothing to play for - there's still hope COYRs

It will take more than hope I'm afraid, more like a miracle.

We basically need to win two or even all of our last games just to stand a chance.

Not going to happen on last nights performance.

Get um all in the Cent after training, whilst they are eating show them re runs of games they showed up this season, maybe Tranmere away. That grit and determined attitude. Where's the fire in the bellies?

(maybe don't show old games.... Will be pining over Keates on the touchline).

If hope is all we have left then we may as well pack the holiday suitcases - just like some of the players.

All the talk about sacking the board is nonsense as basically the WST are voted in and the WAFC board are non elected and mainly made up of WST members.

Taking the easy way out by not having to make a real decision has been a basic failing of the football board since the appointment of Morrell - the only decision that was taken in appointing Mills completely backfired.

Unless there is now some football miracle and someone stands up and leads this defeated group of players then its season over, target 10,000 over and something that will hit early ST sales very hard.

The board are now gambling with next seasons budget already and without the play offs will find faith, hope and charity a lot harder to come by next season.

It's not about bums on seats, Teams around us survive and perform with crowds of 1500.
It's down to how well the management perform and bottle and we have neither going for us. you could put 10,000 in the ground Saturday it would not make an ounce of difference.
