Not confused at all. In a situation where there is no one-person owner and any profits go directly back into the club then to all intent and purpose fan and owner is one and the same. Noone is forcing anyone to pay anything they don't want to. If people don't want to then fine, just don't complain when improvements don't happen.

I’ll carry on donating, as I support the football team. I don’t think fans ownership in the form it is here really works. Investment is required On and off field, and without that, we are stagnant. WST do not have the mean’s to deliver that investment, and don’t actively want it IMO.

It does in no way make me an owner, and I urge you to think the same. I’m a member, definitely not an owner.

It's nothing to do with fundraising. The work has already been done.

I do agree though it would have been so much better just to say "We've done work to the GUS to bring it back up to full capacity. Let's fill it" rather than this target 10k thing.

Agreed. Not sure why it was thought a good idea to designate a specific game like this.

The WST should be looking at strategy like increasing membership, how they are structured to run events etc. etc........................

The WAFC board really has to be reviewed as it just hasn't worked.
Don and Barry jumped ship as they really have other interests and the club was really becoming 2nd fiddle to these.

Spencer is always visible but I am not quite sure what anyone else does or brings to the party. Maybe they put in a lot of hours but does anyone know what this is for or what they have actually achieved.

Making easy choices and non-decisions (like leaving AD in charge when it had clearly gone wrong) do not endear any of them to the majority of the fan base (cue the minority who will disagree).

Lets hope this decision to appoint after the last league game is an inspired one and the appointment is already decided. Keeping continuity with AD & CD did at first glance seem sensible but it has backfired in a major way and the board really need to look at the position of both as part of the managerial appointment especially as I don't think we have seen any improvements from a coaching perspective.

Off topic for this thread I know but I think the 10k target was a good idea at the time especially considering that it would also mean the Yale was then for away fans without re-housing us for certain game.

Sadly the season has fallen apart at the end and its no coincidence its under the management of AD and CD as they have just failed to motive in too many games.

I don't think you've quite got your head around this fan ownership situation have you?
what say do the owners get? Nothing sadly the current crop have failed miserably over the last 24months at delivering what it’s owners want which is a successful football team.

Actually I think it’s you who’s failed to understand fans ownership and massively don’t understand a successful football club or business.

Maybe Horne and Bircham left because their Opinions werent valued as they clashed with other Board Members agendas
