Give the new manager clear goals appropriate to the budget we can afford. With money tight that means effectively making the POs and then sucking and seeing what happens after that. Hopefully, the new manager has the luck and judgement to get a quart out of a pint pot.

Factually correct PD, including your comment that the fans-owned model can't ENSURE a league winning team. But there again, no other model can
ensure that either! For every model that does win this league, there are another 23 that don't win it, every season.
I fail to see why people are clamouring for a paid/voluntary Director of Football. What exact do they think that one of those can magic up that the right manager can't? If he's good enough to be DoF, he's good enough to be the manager, surely!
