Its irrelevant what happened with the Racecourse and this should be reviewed as a priority as it could just provide the additional income we need.
Hotel, conference, Gym, Park and ride and other facilities.

Nothing wrong with Racecourse. Granted we need a new stand to replace the Kop. I would say replacing the Yale stand with a carbon copy of the MRS would look pretty smart, too. The ground itself is in a perfect position too. Close to train station and all the local watering holes...and town centre.

The GUS and Main Stand are both nearly 50 years old.

So? Some buildings, eg churches are over 100 years old and don’t get replaced. As long as they meet standards it’s irrelevant how old the stands are.
