Coming from a person who calls anyone with a differing view of yours "you people", you asking me who the hell do I think I am is rich. I have supported Wrexham all my life, through thick and thin. You may have supported them longer, but if so that would be purely on the fact that you may be older than me. It wasn't "me and my mates" who took the club down. That was a group of assist-stripping 'benefactors'. That is a fact. It was "me and my mates" who saved this club. If you're that tired of that truth, then do one. I don't imply that you don't support us. I STATE that you don't support us. Anyone who takes delight in us not getting supported purely as it then makes you feel good (incorrectly) about winning an argument doesn't support MY club. Now, that mystery investor again? |

you are 100% the minority... just because the last couple of weeks there have been a lot of disgruntled fans doesn't mean your with the majority. as you always are and always have been negative... even when we was top of the table you was finding fault and moaning about this that or the other. thats th difference between you and the rest of the disgruntled fans... hence you are the minority edit *we all know your a chester fan hence the persistant negativity- |

Re: We need investment & a new approach
That suggests that if we had taken another decision we would probably be in league 2 next season. The reality is if Keates had stayed, or we had employed an alternative. It was far more likely we wouldn't get promoted than we would.

Re: We need investment & a new approach
When you say "investment" you mean donor, (or "schmuck"). At Wrexham, there is nothing to invest in. We are are a club with no assets, therefore therefore there is no return. Unless there is a masssive Wrexham fan out there who has a couple of £M to basically 'spunk' aginst the wall, NO-ONE is going to put money in. People who "invest" WANT a return except in a vanity project. These people invariably want to end up picking the team or fail a "fit & proper" test.

Re: We need investment & a new approach
So tonight I’m as pissed off as everybody else...,.. so where’s this outside investment coming from then? Maybe we might just have to do it on our own. As the knobheads say “ sack the board!” ARE YOU GOING TO STEP UP AND JOIN THE BOARD?

Re: We need investment & a new approach
As a club were not signing the correct type of player, by that i mean we seem to just sign lightweight midget players, or players that have been released by their parent club (cast off's), players that have very limited skills base, or journeymen up for a easy time gathering their coin.
Think just how many turkeys have been signed in recent seasons, some really dire for example Ferdinand Takyi Iffy Allen Khaellem Bailey-Nicholls Moké We take cripples and rejects from the likes of Harrogate, that can't even dig it at even that level, two from Hartlepool who with the greatest of respect came from a team with a losing mentality, and it shows. There is a fundamental problem in out recruitment process, we need giants in defence, battlers in midfield, and a lightning pacy attack. Currently we have a goalkeeper past it, a semi decent (although they have struggled of late) centre half pairing, awful full backs, dwarfs in the middle and a shy to non existent strikers up top that fear netting as much as a shoal of herring... It's square pegs in round holes and it doesn't work... Last edited by shetred; 21st April 2018 at 22.48:14.. |
