Why wait? If they are ready, why wait? Get the money in now, we have bills to pay over the summer. The more money we get in now, the more money we have to compete in the transfer market. If you personally don't want to, then don't.
As you said yourself, you're in the minority.
And even if you don't think so - as Hawarden Red10 said, you're embarrassing yourself more than anything else, you're sounding like a petulant child.
