I very much hope he doesn't fall down our rickety stairway when he gets unveiled braking all his bones in the process or has relapses going up our Rickety league. Perhaps we should call him Sam if he does well or turn it to spam should he fail.

Arfon Griffiths, Brian Flynn and Dean Saunders were all ex Welsh internationals who's first managers job was at Wrexham. If Sam follows that trend I will not be dissapointed.

I suspect the dreaded Keates clause may well be in his contract.....
