Wedgbury is meeting the manager for talks next week , I think it will be down to the training plans and how much he will need to travel for training.

Talking about players moving nearer home, on our forum someone has said that Wrexham are interested in Harriers Declan Weeks who is from the Liverpool area. He's a tiny midfielder who sits just in front of the defence and plays like a quarterback making the team tick.

Build the team around Pearson , Smith and Wedgbury . The only players consisstant the whole season . Three good strikers required 4 - 1 - 2 - 3 with Wright and Deverdicks in front of Wedge . Deverdicks would have to up his game though 😉 but he ain't a winger NO pace .....

IMO we need attacking players with pace and strength. Look at the teams who finished above us, they were teams who attacked with pace and were direct. They were teams who attacked the channels and got in behind defences. We have been far too pedestrian this season.
