There need to be changes both structural and strategic and there needs to be a proper plan with targets etc. and something we can all buy into.

Sometimes simple things all added together will make a difference.
Growing the membership and not just by 100. Main sponsor....... so many things.

No, nobody does, BUT, this is where we are going to stay, we have settled at our new level. Enough money to be safe, but not enough to achieve!
We could now start to think of moving to a neat little ground that could be used by the community and be an asset rather than a ruddy great white elephant falling down around us (while we wait for someone else to pay to develop it, because we simply can’t afford it!).
I honestly believe we have taken this model as far as we can. We either accept that & where we are, or we look to change our stars as they say.

By model, do you mean fans' ownership?

Have all have been promoted during our tenure, i think most would consider the above ‘proper clubs’

Arguably you could add Newport/ AFC wimbledon to the list as ‘proper clubs’

Im sick of the excuses , something Needs to change at our club
Our mind set for starters and our acceptance of mid table mediocrity as progress because we nearly went out of business all together! This attitude is really holding us back and gas to change if we are to succeed in gaining promotion. I have heard examples of how our board have managed key matters in respect of the last weeks of the season that make me believe that the people in charge currently are not the people that will get us to the promised land......we need new blood. Being a loyal fan and volunteering services for free are no longer enough to push this Club forward. To be a non league club for over 10 years is unaccetable for a club like Wrexham FC......period!

Its all down to managerial chemistry from the boardroom to the bench - with a dash of luck.
One day, maybe this time next year. Keep the dream alive.

I think there's an AGM coming up. You have to raise it there. I agree things have to change, but let's get real...nobody out there wants to put money in because there's no money to be made. There used to be a queue down Crispin Lane when we owned the ground, but those interested parties disappeared over the hill a long time ago.

longest serving team in this league, can’t be any more non league than that really. We are far from the biggest spenders too. There is usually one unexpected team that overperforms and gets into the playoffs. Best we can hope for IMO.
