wafc1926 is right, I reckon you would be a fine addition to the board.

I will second that Pagl you're what we need this cosy little club needs fresh blood to shake them up, if we carry on as we are in 10yrs time we will still be having the same discussions.

Lots of GREAT ideas - but how do we get those in the decision making seats to consider them ?
We can't leave those on the board to think of everything.
Yes there's a lot of crap talked about on here - but there's also so much good stuff that would help us move forwards.
Cant we form an informal group to work on such initiatives and look to put these to the Board for due consideration?

We seem to be missing a trick.

Which points do you think are unfair - really - I would be interested to know.

I don't see any plans for the future - what are these key plans and why don't the owners know about them to buy into them.

Target 10,000 for the GUS was poorly conceived and executed and left until the final game - this could have been done well before then as could having a 'kids for free' with 1 paying adult in one of the last 5 home games.

Things take time because its all part time and done at a slow and lumbering pace. It needs more oomph and to be more dynamic. Too many people have to agree to m any things.

AS I have said a number of times WST should be strategic, planning and log term and WAFC should be day to day operations and be able to move quickly.

This isn't happening and the structure needs to change, its outdated and built on fear and not on forward thinking. I don't have all the answers all I can see is that its not working and if its not working it needs to be sorted. I don't mean living outside our means before you start.

Come on Pagl you do need to join the cosy club shake a few up throw some tea cups ☺

We tried that few years back - the less said of that experience the better, it got mired in politics when it was supposed to be a side group that could help without the restrictions of politics. The old Chairman of the Trust liked the aspect of duality so thought it was a good initiative, not everyone agreed. You just can't do anything outside of the structure.

There are board elections coming up aren't there? This is a good time for anyone with ideas they want to implement, or anyone who is frustrated at what the current board is doing, to stand.

If you don't have time to stand or serve on the board (understandable), I would seriously recommend contacting the board with any ideas or suggestions you have. I have always found them very approachable and eager to listen.

Nothing wrong with asking people to provide proof.....especially when they spout sh*te as fact on here.
I thought you would value the truth.....I’m disappointed
