In my line of work, there's ALWAYS a "competition clause" if said employee works in the same role in the same marketplace within 3 months of leaving.

Wedgebury has stitched us up.......travel time my arse......he has been aware of Spirites interest but was under contract with us......how easy it has been for him to turn us over......we are a soft touch for sure...commercially inept! If we had said no to his request to terminate his contract he would have handed in a transfer request. If Chesterfield still wanted him then a fee would have been involved. We obviously have money to burn.
