The WST also do not want to sell. It would take someone with loads of money, extremely thick skin and supernatural persuasive / negotiating skills to buy the club. Clubs usually get bought in crisis not when they are financially stable and at no risk.

I get the impression the people in charge wouldn't let go of anything, even if Bill Gates wanted to get involved.

I tend to agree. Cause we all remember how painful it was having asset strippers at the helm, it’s tough not to be cynical if any money bags should approach. The fans Co-op system has saved us from going bust, but perhaps it just does not have the power to advance us from here.

It’s not clear if the 10% bought is new shares or bought from someone.
MU players now own 60% and Lim 40% so it could just be shares sold between themselves. Who knows?
